Daniel was absolutely amazing! My daughter and I were stranded, and thinking our ignition was gone, called for a tow truck. Daniel arrived and asked to look under the hood, just to see if he could find the issue. He was actually able to jump the car with the jump box which saved me using a tow truck! He easily could have just towed my vehicle and been compensated by my insurance. Instead, he saved me the tow credit and was able to get me going again! Daniel explained what he thought might be the problem, was very professional, and super considerate knowing my daughter and I were stressed. I’m grateful beyond words and highly recommend Rapid Response!

There is so much good to say about rapid response towing. Yes there are a lot of tow companies out there that most of them care just about getting money and don’t care about the customer. Rapid response cares about the customer and the customers car and making sure they are safe and get to them quickly as possible. My experience with them was very professional and down to earth. They didn’t treat me like another number they treated me like family and got my car towed quickly and safely to the shop. I am already back on the road because of there quick response and getting it to the shop I would definitely recommend them give these guys a shot they won’t disappoint.

Great experience! As most of us do, it was a last minute call for a tow from my house to a mechanic. From the time I made the call, to the time it was loaded on the flatbed, it was about 20ish minutes. Price was reasonable (not sure the going tow rate). Was able to pay with CC online (via text link). I'd use them again, but hopefully won't have to. 😁

I was looking for a company to tow my Polaris slingshot from Sanford and I am so glad I went with Rapid Response because everything was on point from the communication from the first call all the way to the delivery. I would recommend them for any towing needs 10/10!!!
