Today I called rapid response towing. I spoke with Barry who was the first driver who called explain the situation. He said he was gonna have someone else. Call me. Max was the second driver who showed up very kind, man very professional very knowledgeable. He was able to open my door and we were able to take the car to the dealer. He was also kind enough to bring me back home. I highly recommend rapid response towing for the professional professionalism and the rapid response. No pun intended.

I can’t recommend Rapid Response enough. I blew out my transmission and my driver responded quicker than expected. They were professional, kind, and gave good advice about my vehicle. He went above and beyond his job to create a good experience when I was on my way to work and dropped my car off promptly. If you need a vehicle towed, Rapid Response is the way to go in Central Florida.

Carlos was an amazing driver and was incredibly helpful walking me through the whole process, including showing me how to fill out the form to drop off my car at the dealership and staying with me while I did it to make sure I was okay.
