Curtis and “Bear” were very helpful and very responsive in picking up my vehicle and delivering it to a repair facility. Showed up within a half hour and it was all done in no time.

Curtis, the dispatcher, made my life so easy by connecting to AAA on a 3 way call for a tow to my mechanic! This is the second time I’ve used Rapid Response and they are true to their name !
