Great service! Carlos was amazing!

I was stranded on the road this morning when rapid response showed up to help. I didn’t feel awkward like I usually would in these situations because he was so nice from the start and had a positive attitude. This company cares about their customers and it showed today. I will call them anytime I have an issue and will be telling everyone I know. Thank you Rapid Response

Great company! I’ve used many tow companies over the years and found Rapid Response to be one of the best. They were prompt, showed up when they said they would, friendly and courteous and extremely helpful and professional in helping get my vehicle home. Man, these guys are AWESOME. My car got stuck in a development area and these guys did everything in their power to get me out. Geico of course didnt give them the right info about us needing a 4x4, and the team at Rapid was so understanding and helpful. They simply said no big deal we'll get a 4x4 out to you today. Their only 4x4 truck driver was off since it was Saturday, but he decided to come help anyway?! Who are these great people??? 4x4 came a few hours later with Max driving it, let me tell you about a guy who wants to help people. His 4x4 tow got stuck while towing me and he was just all positive vibes the entire time. We got his out and continued to get my car unstuck. This took multiple hours in 35° sandstorm weather. I mean what a trooper. geico ended up denying my roadside claim and Rapid gave me a very fair deal for all their work. I never thought I'd have a tow truck company's name remembered for the rest of my life, but I wont call anyone else except rapid response. You guys are truly the best.

Max was so easy to talk to and was really nice. He made the ride during the tow a blast. I would definitely recommend Rapid Response Towing. Thank you Curtis for your patience and great service.

Hit a pot hole and ended up with a flat. They showed up quick and stuck around while we waited on our uber to show up. Professional, kind and friendly. He made a crappy situation a little easier.
